Lela Cubit Shephard

Lela Cubit Shephard went to be with the Lord on Sunday January 28, 2024, in Victoria, Tx.

Lela was born October 2, 1979, to Gussie Cubit and Wilbert Mann Cubit.

As a teenager, she accepted Christ as her guide and joined Union Lea Baptist Church.

Lela moved to Victoria Tx and spent the rest of her life with family and friends. On her journey

she enjoyed family gatherings. She lived life to the fullest.

Lela was preceded in death by her grandmother Mamie lee Woodson, Deloise Cubit Great

Grandmother, Gussie Mae Tealer, Cousin, David l. Martinez Jr., and Javone Hodges.
