Shiner St. Paul falls in three sets
The Shiner St. Paul Lady Cardinals lost in the regional round to Waco Live Oak Classical Falcons (25-19, 25-13, 28-26). St. Paul ends their as regional finalists and undefeated District 5-2A champions.
Lady Cats dropped in three
Waelder reached the area round of the UIL Class 1A playoffs, losing to Comstock in three sets (25-8-25-20, 25-19). The Lady Cats end their season as area finalists and the top seed out of their district.
