Thomas Craig Farrow

Thomas Craig Farrow was born on Jan. 14, 1947 and passed away on Thursday, July 5, at the age of 71. He was born on to Maurice Martin Farrow and Dorothy Kittleson Farrow in Hennepin, Minnesota.

In 1969 he met and fell in love with Janet L. Farrow, who was his loving wife for over 44 years until her death. Janet and Thomas were the proud parents of four sons, Joel, Chris, Scott and Mark, and 12 grandchildren.

In his youth, Tom loved drag racing and playing baseball. This passion led him to play minor league baseball in Minnesota. Eventually, Tom and Jan relocated to Gonzales, Texas, where Tom worked as a chemist for Southern Clay Products and where he developed numerous patented innovations for paint products. Tom and Jan resided in Gonzales for 30 years where they raised their family. At the time of his passing Tom resided in Victoria, Texas.

Tom is preceded in death by his parents, wife, and his brother George Farrow.

Tom is survived by his son Joel Farrow & wife Laverne, of Portland, Texas; son Christopher Farrow & wife Rachel, of Hampton, Virginia; son Scott Farrow & wife Nikki, of Fridley, Minnesota, and son Mark Farrow & wife Elyse, of Houston, Texas; four granddaughters, Katlyn, Silver, Lauren, and Halle, and eight grandsons, Blaze, Steele, Joshua, Jared, Dylan, Jake, Logan, and Jackson. He is also survived by his brother John Farrow of Blaine, Minnesota and numerous nieces and nephews. He was loved by many.

A memorial service is being held on Saturday, July 28 at 11 a.m. at Pine Mill Ranch Clubhouse, 26810 Pine Mill Ranch Dr., Katy, Texas 77494 followed by a reception at 26603 Godfrey Cove Court, Katy, Texas 77494.
