SLE track takes third place at El Campo

The Shiner St. Ludmila school finished third place overall at the El Campo DVAL track meet on Wednesday, March 3. Results were the following.

5th Grade Girls:

• Softball Throw: Samantha Moeller second place
• 200 M: Avery Pesek first place, Samantha Moeller second place 
• 800 M: Avery Pesek fifth place 
• 400 M Relay: Morgan Culpepper, Emily Moeller, Samantha Moeller, Avery Pesek fourth place 

5th Grade Boys: 

• Long Jump: Blaine Humes fourth place, Cody Malinovsky sixth place
• 100 M: Blaine Humes fifth place
• 200 M: Cody Malinovsky sixth place
• 400 M Relay: Zane Whitehead, Blaine Humes, Hunter Zella, Cody Malinovsky fifth place 

Sixth Grade Girls:

• Long Jump: Stefany Pokluda sixth place 
• High Jump: Brooke Cerny fourth place
• Shot Put: Faith Machart fourth place, Gracie Machart sixth place
• 60 M: Stefany Pokluda fifth place
• 200 M: Stefany Pokluda third place 
• 800 M: Brooke Cerny first place
