Patricia managed many tasks throughout her life. She spent time working as a social worker, a foster mother, and volunteering in anything she possibly could. She had a passion for helping children. Once she put her mind to something, there was no backing down. Her strong will and empowering spirit was something that had been passed down from generations in her family. Patricia was very passionate about women's rights, and fought hard to be apart of this movement. One of the many ways Patricia put her strong will to use was serving honorably in the US Army for 26 years. Patricia also obtained a Master's Degree in Psychology.

Patricia was a family woman, and she loved each and every one of her family members to the fullest extent. One of her favorite things to do was travel to Vegas and go gambling. One time, she even packed up the entire family to go with her and enjoy each other’s company.
