Today, there is a battle for America like none that has ever been fought before. The battle is neither a physical, nor a political one. It is a spiritual war for the soul of America. Scripture says we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces. These spiritual forces have led some people to think America should become a socialistic, oppressive government which they control. If they are given political dominance, America will become the equivalent of an oppressed, third world nation. American would not only become destitute financially, she would be destitute morally, as well. Sadly, the current leaders of the Democratic Party have succumbed to this thinking and have planned an agenda that benefits only them, regardless of what it does to our country. The Democratic Party is no longer interested in what is best for America, they are only interested in obtaining power and control in order to initiate their own agenda. Their agenda is not one of service to the people of America. Their agenda does not care what happens to you, your children, or your grand-children. The evil spiritual forces controlling these leaders are determined to destroy America and her influence in the world. Scripture warns us not to be deceived, but these leaders are trying to deceive the voters of America. They want voters to believe they have America’s best interest at heart. I know there are many followers of Christ who have voted for the Democratic Party all of their life. Their fathers and grandfathers were Democrats, and so are they. But the Democratic Party today is not the same Party your fathers and grandfathers supported. Don’t be deceived by the word Democratic. Understand that even if the candidate you support believes as you do, when elected, he or she will be forced to follow the Party’s agenda. I implore every registered voter to research that agenda and then vote against it. If you can’t tolerate the idea of voting for someone other than Democrat, don’t vote at all. Then, after the election, get active in your Party and work to make it represent you again. The two-party system should be a healthy check and balance system that works together for the good of all voters. The current leaders of the Democratic Party are not doing that. Don’t take my word for it. Do your homework. Ask questions, listen to people who do not automatically spew the Party line of either party. Look at Exodus 18:21 for God’s qualifications for leaders. Look at voting records to see which candidates support goldy issues. This information is available on line. Most of all, pray and ask God to guide you in your voting decisions. Vote to keep our nation a government of the people, by the people and for the people. Only if we, as followers of Chris, pray, seek God’s wisdom and follow His leading can we keep our country “one nation under God.”

With prayers for God’s blessing on America,

Lynn Wilson
