Lions vs. Rotary 2016

Saturday morning (July 16) a rivalry was renewed when the Noon Lions took down the Rotary Club 12-7 at the quadraplex at Independence Park. There was no lack of effort as players dove to the dirt for ground balls and base runners slid their way to safety. Even as the game heated up, umpire and former Gonzales mayor Bobby Logan claimed this was one of the easier games to officiate.
