Jason T. Van Zandt, a loving father, brother, son, husband, grandfather uncle, and friend to many, left us on Sunday May 12.
Jason left behind an incredible legacy of loving and being loved, generosity and dependability; that is and will be remembered and admired by hundreds of people across.
He always made sure to let you know how much you were loved and appreciated.
Jason was born on Dec. 6, 1975 to George Van Zandt Sr. and Ruthie Lucille Baker. Jason was preceded in death by his parents, and sister Stacey Wagner.
Jason is survived by his wife Chrystal Van Zandt, his son Dylan Van Zandt, his three daughters, Kathrine Van Zandt (Kat), Destiny Van Zandt (Dee), Sarah Van Zandt all whom he adored, sister Ruthie Van Zandt, Brother George Van Zandt Jr. and wife Amanda Van Zandt, Nathan Van Zandt and wife Tabitha Van Zandt, three grandchildren and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces, and great nephews, and great nieces.
Relatives and friends are asked to join for a special viewing starting at 5-9 p.m. at mission south funeral home on Friday, May 17. Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Saturday May 18.
