Eddie Navejar

Ladislado “Eddie” Navejar IV, of Gonzales, passed away Monday, Aug. 26. He was born Oct. 1, 1957 in Gonzales, the son of Ladislado Navejar III and Manuela Silvas.

He was a graduate of Gonzales High School and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. He worked for many years with the City of Lake Jackson Water Department.

He is survived by his sisters: Mary Pacheco of Gonzales, Sylvia Mendez of Alamo, Michelle Strait of Gonzales and Ofelia Perez and husband Rudy of Schertz; brother: Jesse Molina of Gonzales and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Annette Sanders and brothers Gabriel Navejar and Guadalupe Navejar.

Visitation will be from 12 p.m. noon until 1:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 30 at St. James Catholic Church. A rosary will be recited at 1:30 p.m. with the funeral mass starting at 2 p.m. Interment will follow at St. James Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers include Rocky Pacheco, Cameron Harris, Jeffrey Perez, Joseph Reeves, Isaiah Sanders and Chris Riojas. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Seydler-Hill Funeral Home.
