Edgar E. Shank

Edgar E. Shank, 93, passed peacefully April 5, 2015.

He is preceded in death by his children and his brothers and sisters. He is survived by daughter-in-law, Sheryle Shank; grandchildren, Amber Smith, Marian Shank Turnbull (Tim) and Jason Shank (Carmen); great-grandchildren, Jonathon, Sadie, Jared, Tabitha, Kiara, Ashlin, Jessica, Benjamin, Alysia and Faith; and great-great-grandsons, Gabriel, Carter and Conner.

Edgar was a lifetime member of Disabled American Veterans (DAV), the American Legion and a former president of the Waelder Lions Club.

Visitation and funeral services were April 9 at the United Methodist Church in Waelder. Edgar received military honors at Jeddo Cemetery.
